Art Education: I graduated from Ani Art Academies Waichulis in Pennsylvania.
Style: Representational realism and hyperrealism.
Creative Spark: Other artists’ work in the realist genre. There are so many great still-life works, fantasy illustrations, and figurative pieces that impress and inspire me to create.
Second-Choice Career: I would pursue an entrepreneurial career.
Other Passions: My faith in God, tennis, baseball, card games, and investing.
One Thing People Don’t Know About You: Most people don’t know I was homeschooled.
Biggest Fear: Not doing something as well as I believe I should be able to.
Pet Peeve: When people don’t use their turn signal. I mean, come on, it’s so simple.
Quirkiest Trait: I don’t like salty or spicy foods. And I prefer my meals to be at room temperature.
Mantra or Motto: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.
Favorite Studio Music: Depending on the day, I’ll listen to almost anything, from movie soundtracks to metal, classical to punk rock. I try to avoid country and pop.
Favorite Work by Another Artist: NYMPHS AND SATYR by William-Adolphe Bouguereau.
Future Goals: I will always strive to improve my painting skills, to do works that are larger and more complex. I like creating a challenge that engages me but doesn’t overwhelm me to the point that I feel paralyzed. I think we all want to grow, and my art career is no different than the rest of my life.
Price Range: $1,000 to $6,000.
Representation: Rehs Contemporary Galleries, New York, NY; Swain Galleries, Plainfield, NJ; Pierce Galleries, Nantucket, MA.
