Art and outdoor lovers converge July 7-10 in Breckenridge, CO, to celebrate the resort town’s natural and manmade beauty. Artists from across the country fan out across the scenic mountain town to paint scenes with a wildflower theme. The public is invited to watch the artists work. Tricia Bass, Ginger Whellock, Adele Earnshaw, and Kate Kiesler are among the participating artists. The plein-air paintings are on view and for sale at the Carter Museum on Saturday, July 9. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the art benefits land conversation programs of the Continental Divide Trust.
