Scottsdale, AZ | As has become tradition, galleries in the Scottsdale Arts District are planning to open their holiday small-works shows on the same day. On Thursday, December 2, more than 30 galleries host receptions to kick off the holiday season. Within just a few blocks, patrons can view a wide range of artworks, from traditional oil paintings to modern sculpture, contemporary jewelry, Native American art, and fine-art crafts. “There’s something for every taste and budget,” says Jason Horejs of Xanadu Gallery.
