Art Education: Bachelor’s degree in painting and drawing from Laguna College of Art + Design in Laguna Beach, CA. And I studied in Italy at the Florence Academy of Art in the intensive drawing program.

Style: Representational.

Creative Spark: I learned a few years back that my painting process becomes authentic when I care deeply about my subject matter. I prefer to paint the people in my life with whom I have a strong connection.

Second-Choice Career: I am currently pursuing second and third careers: I am the co-founder of an organization called Artists Inspiring the Raindrops, which raises funds and support for world issues through the sale of artwork. And in January I will begin training to become a yoga instructor.

One Thing People Don’t Know About You: I daydream about going on grand adventures around the world. No matter how wonderfully life is unfolding, I am constantly itching to go somewhere new.

Best Advice Received: “Lots of people want to help, but not many ever do anything about it. Show me what you can do.”

Quirkiest Trait: I can trip over anything. No matter what shoes I am wearing or where I am walking, I will find a way to stumble.

Mantra or Motto: From Buddha, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”

Future Goals: To make a difference in the world through art, yoga, activism, and spreading love and compassion.

Price Range: $1,400 to $2,000.
