California
Art Education: Ani Art Academy Waichulis in Bear Creek Township, PA.
Style: High-definition realism.
Creative Spark: I am very inspired by what I choose to draw and paint, which is usually objects that are found in nature that I find aesthetically beautiful—plants, seashells, and animal bones.
Second-Choice Career: The president of this great nation of ours.
Other Passions: I like yoga and being active outdoors, hiking with my dog, and swimming. I love going out to eat and trying new food.
Best Advice Received: Never don’t do something out of fear. If fear is all that’s holding you back from something, pursue it.
Biggest Fear: Not living up to my potential. I have a lot of interests and tend to get distracted easily. I worry that if I lose my focus too much, I’ll miss out on being able to know how far I can take my artwork.
Quirkiest Trait: I make myself laugh all the time. I laugh at all of my own jokes, even when I’m by myself.
Mantra or Motto: “This frustration you are feeling is you challenging yourself. This is you pushing yourself, and this is you learning. Frustration is a good thing.”
Future Goals: I want to sell my artwork enough to be able to support myself. I would love to teach. My education is something I am incredibly grateful for, and I want to share my knowledge with others who are passionate and interested.
Price Range: $400 to $3,000.
Representation: Rehs Contemporary Galleries, New York, NY; STUDIO Gallery, San Francisco, CA.
