Art Education: I started taking art classes at the age of 12 at a youth art academy in my hometown of Rivne, Ukraine. After I moved to the United States, I earned a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the Memphis College of Art and a master’s degree in fine art from the Laguna College of Art + Design in Laguna Beach, CA.

Creative Spark: I am inspired by anything that has the power to make me aware of a present moment, such as meaningful experiences, stimulating conversations, unique people, the nuances of light in nature, and morning dew.

Second-Choice Career: If intergalactic space travel was a career option, I would be the first in line.

Other Passions: I really enjoy other art forms like dancing and music. I recently decided to tackle an acoustic guitar.

Biggest Fear: I am terrified of elevators in old Soviet buildings. I would rather walk 20 flights of stairs than ride one.

Pet Peeve: Tailgaters.

Favorite Work by Another Artist: I am most inspired by Vienna Secessionist artists. Works by Gustav Klimt never fail to move my heart. I also have a long list of contemporary artists, and Vincent Desiderio is number one on that list.

Future Goals: Keep growing as an artist and have a successful career. Other than that, I want to travel the world as much as I can. My first stop would be Barcelona.

Price Range: $250 to $8,000.

Representation: Hall Spassov Gallery, Bellevue, WA.
