Since 1971, Roger Cooke's studio on the Sandy River has produced fine paintings, bronzes, historical illustrations, murals, and portraits for which Cooke is noted. Roger Cooke began painting in oils full time in 1974, and his work has been featured in Art West, Southwest Art,Wild West, The Illustrator, and Bugle Magazine. His education includes 2 years at Portland State University and four years at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.
