The 21 Under 31 Emerging Artists Competition is no longer being conducted. However, the annual 21 Under 31 feature story will continue to be published in the September issue, as it has been for many years. For our 2013 feature, the editors are searching for talented artists who will not turn 31 until September 1, 2013, or later.
